Add Language Filter for Auto Commenting

It would be helpful to have an option to select the preferred language of posts on which the system should comment. Currently, the tool comments on posts written in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Swedish, Hebrew), which sometimes leads to irrelevant engagement.
A language filter setting (for example: English only, or multiple selectable languages) would allow users to target posts more accurately and maintain meaningful interactions.
