Bug 2 – “Update Persona” Commits with No Changes

Description:
Clicking the “Update Persona” button saves the persona even when no modifications have been made.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open an existing persona.

2. Click “Update Persona” without changing any fields.

Expected Result:
System should disable the button or display a message such as “No changes detected.”

Actual Result:
The action executes successfully and shows a success message, even though no changes were made.

Impact:
Causes confusion and may lead to unnecessary backend API calls.
