Follow-up engagement on replied comments (reactions/replies from bot accounts)

When a user replies to a comment made by a ConnectSafely account, the original commenter should have a chance to react (like, insightful, love) or leave a short follow-up reply. Currently, accounts go completely silent after the first interaction. A 20-30% follow-up rate would make engagement look significantly more authentic.
