Intermittent “API Request Failed” message displayed when repeatedly clicking on Clear Filters in Activity page

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to connectsafety.ai

  2. Navigate to the Comments feature on the sidebar

  3. Click on the Activity option below Keyword Settings

  4. Continuously click on the Clear Filters option multiple times

  5. Observe the response

Actual Result:
Sometimes, the message “API Request Failed” is displayed while repeatedly clicking on Clear Filters.

Expected Result:
The system should handle repeated requests gracefully, and the “API Request Failed” message should not appear.
